After receiving the online application, the administrator or his/her designated person will talk to the applicant. If the applicant is initially selected to receive a loan, the responsible representative of the department in which the applicant is a student is contacted or requested to approve the loan in full. If the respected teacher or any other responsible person deems him fit to borrow and the applicant is not intoxicated then he approves the loan unconditionally. If the applicant is well known or has taken a loan before, the admin can approve the loan directly.
